About Us:

Blue Life Labor Contractor Corp was founded by Jonathan Castillo in 2022, working alongside his lead foreman Benjamin Santiago representing the union between farming and finance. Deeply rooted in the agriculture industry of the Pacific Northwest, Benjamin developed his expertise over a 20-year career as agricultural foreman at E&S Farms in Woodburn, Oregon. Jonathan earned his bachelor's degree in Finance at Oregon State University, specializing in business operations. Together, with our combined on-the-fields experience and financial and legal expertise, Blue Life Labor delivers safe and high-quality labor that growers can depend on.
